Counselling for individuals, couples and families!
I offer family therapy and work with families in ways that fit best for them.    I work with individuals, couples and families in helping them to reach their goals and potential.  
I am also passionate about working with families who have children with 'special needs' and recognize that individual family members experience the diagnosis in unique ways.  I aim to help families share their experiences, seek mutual understanding and create a sense of meaning.
I facilitate healing conversations, open lines of communication and encourage strong relationships that can help to 'buffer' the challenges related to raising children with 'special needs'.
I support parents; helping them to recognize their child's strengths and encouraging them to examine their own experiences.
I offer innovative programs such as "Community of Concern"; a unique approach that utilizes conversation, sharing and building support.

Rates are $200 per session.  My office is located in SW Calgary.  Due to Covid 19 I am currently doing all sessions online virtually.
Services may be covered through your independent insurance plan.
